I am a licensed psychologist with training and experience in treating a variety of child and familiy problems. Since beginning my training in 1988, I have worked in community mental health, hospital, college and private practice settings. I hold a doctorate from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology.
My approach to therapy is active, collaborative and solution oriented. I strive to help clients achieve a balance between change and acceptance.
Resolving the current problem as well as recognizing and solidifying strengths are important overall goals, as is leading a happier and more productive life.
