Since beginning my training in 1988, I have worked in community mental health, hospital, college and private practice settings. I hold a doctorate from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology.
I am passionate about keeping abreast of current methods for effective treatment by reading the professional literature, enrollment in continuing education courses, and active participation in various professional organizations. I have spent the last decade teaching doctoral students. Currently as core faculty in the Clinical Psychology Program at Mercer University College of Health Professions. I bring knowledge of up-to-date research evidence to the work of change solidly grounded in sensitivity to the unique needs, preferences, cultural background, and contemporary challenges of each person.
